Lil' Cute Crochet Flower

I woke up thinking about flowers this morning and just had to make something. Yes, I have been up since 7am making flower patterns (hey, don't judge me). That just goes to show you how much I was really thinking about flowers. I'll be posting more flower patterns this weekend. Well anyway, here's one of the patterns. Hope you enjoy it!

Materials:
You can use whatever yarn (use 3 different colors) and size hook you like. Here is what I used:
Aunt Lydia's Fashion Size 3 Crochet Thread
Size 0/3.25MM hook
Tapestry needle

With 1st color start with magic ring
Rnd 1: ch 3 (counts as 1st dc), dc 11 in ring, slst to top on ch 3, tighten ring, fasten off
Rnd 2: Join 2nd color with slst, ch 1, sc 2 in same st, sc 2 in each st around, join with slst to 1st sc, fasten off
Rnd 3: Join 3rd color with slst, *skip 1 st, dc 5 in next st, skip 1 st, slst in next st: repeat from * around, join with slst to 1st slst, fasten off, weave in ends

Enjoy!!!

  4. I am beginning to crochet with thread and came across your blog. I have weight 10 and 7 steel hook, do you have crochet patterns with this weight? Thank you for help and artistic inspiration. GG

  5. No, I don't currently have any patterns with that particular weight or hook. All of my patterns that require Size 3 thread can also be used with Size 10 thread. I would just recommend double stranding the thread and using a size 3.25 hook.
